My contribution to the second Über-antology, this one had a maritime theme. Like the zombie-comic was a test of non-verbal action, to prepare myself for my graphic novel Haugson, this one was a test of the visual style i wanted to do the book. It holds up surprisingly well in my own eyes. As for the story... I think I was trying to process some girlfriend related anxiety. Sure, it's a bit of a easy way out to make a vague narrative about your vague feelings, but 8 years later I can still relate to something about it.
