OK MINUS

This was my second go at daily publishing in the national newspaper Dagbladet. Last time with Mørketid, I had a lot of material and a large buffer, but this time I was doing it on top of a demanding art school and by the end I was cramming out simple ideas on deadline. I still like the ambition of the project though. I didn't really like the joke-part of strips, so my motivation was making something that looked very different from conventional strips, but still could be printed nicely on cheap newsprint. I mean, it's the same two-color thing I've been nerding for years, but adapting it for newspapers were still a clever concept if you ask me. After 6 weeks I had to throw in the towel, but I was happy with that. Just so youy are warned: If some of it seems terribly nonsensical it could be A: My terrible sense of humor B: Me trying to translate my ramblings into an english joke killed the little that was there.
